We practice on Lake Meridian, Kent, WA (times below)
Meet us at the boat launch off of 152nd Way SE, at the north end of the park.  Paddles and life jackets are provided, just show up ready to have some fun and get wet. It is a water sport after all.

Winter Warrior Practice Times (Early January until Daylight Savings Begins):
Saturday mornings: 8:45, on the water by 9 am. 1 to 1.5 hours

Regular Season Practice times (Daylight Savings Begins until Mid-October):
Tuesday evenings: 5:45, on the water by 6 pm. 1 to 1.5 hours
Thursday evenings: 5:45, on the water by 6 pm. 1 to 1.5 hours
Saturday mornings: 7:45, on the water by 8 am. 1 to 1.5 hours
(Come a 1/2 hour early to warm up!)

What Else to Bring to Practice:
• Bring water to drink
• Wear comfortable clothing that can get wet. Layer clothing for adjustment and comfort (Fast drying fabrics, polar fleece, water-resistant jackets, pants and hat for cold/wet weather. No cotton as it does not dry quickly.)
• Shoes/Sandals with rubber soles (will get wet)
• Hat/Visor (optional)
• Gloves (optional, will get wet)
• Sunglasses/sunscreen
• Life Jacket, if you have one, otherwise KDBA can provide one for you to use
