Black Shorts (Ladies Team)

Extra Clothes (Tank top to Jacket/Sweats—depending on the weather)

Shoes/Sandals

Hat/Visor

Sunglasses

Gloves (optional)

Water Bottle (May not take on boat during a race)

Sunscreen

Life Jacket (will be provided by race organizers)

Paddle (will be provided by race organizers)

Folding Chair

Healthy Food/Drink to share

Camera (most often there is someone that can watch this for you while you race)

 

Leave valuables at home.  Team area is often left unattended while racing.
